Is there a way to score a subset of Jot Form questions & present follow-on questions?

    Hello!

    1. Is there a way to score a subset of Jot Form questions? Please see the set of CDC questions we'd like to build within JotForm. An answer generates a numeric score to total.

    2. Upon an answer, can a new set of questions be presented like a conditional tree? In the CDC link: If an answer is "female", another gender-specific question question is displayed.

    Please take the CDC test to see the functionality we're trying to replicate. Thank you!
