shared forms are missing

Hi I went to log in today and do not see any of the forms I have created on here and was wondering what happened, where did they go, and how do I get them back? 

One of my coworkers had tried just changing the profile info since she has taken over I am not sure if that had anything to do with it, but I approve those changes. Please get back to me at kbrewer@igus.net. Thanks! 

I have checked your account and it seems you have a shared folder. To clarify,was the form in the shared folder?

If the forms are shared, you may contact the main account and let him share the forms again.

I can try to track him down to obtain this shared folder however he has been long removed from this I am not sure he still has access to it

The shared folder is under the account seanmccaskill and no forms are shared to your account. However, the account seanmccaskill has forms in them.

You may contact the form/account owner to share the folders to your account.
