Hi, we are a church with a free account. We have a user (me) and a sub-user (Maddie) grandfathered in when you changed your policy. I set up the account. I am leaving St. Luke's. We want to make the sub-user (Maddie) the user, and it would be nice if we could make another person (Dee) the sub user.
How can we do that without screwing up our account?
Thank you.
Mary Novello.

I think you may change the username on both accounts, the main and the sub-user, then you can change the emails and the password as well, this way you will not mess the accounts by removing the sub-user and adding it again and losing the shared forms.
You may let us know at least 3 possible usernames you would like to use on each account, we will change each one as soon as we confirm there is not an existing account with the same usernames.
