My form is showing on my website as having exceeded the quota

    Which is costing my clients. 

    It does this regularly despite me not actually exceeding the quota due to regular downloading and deleting submissions. 

    Please advise.

    I have just activated your account. Please note that you need to observe the limit and reset (delete) a day before you think you'll reach the limit because the system does not reset the file storage space instantly. 

    You may also consider upgrading your account to Bronze so you don't need to worry about deleting submissions and watching the limit.
