I was looking at the HTML source of the email jotform sent, and I noticed that in the head of the html portion of the email, it has a section that looks like this:

    ... etc.

This was repeated more than 300 times.

Any idea what could be causing this?

At the moment, it sends responses to the email that is specified in "manager email" at the end, so you can have it send the response to yourself if you want to try it.

    EDIT:

I've looked at the source of some other form response emails, and this seems to be an issue with all of them, and gets worse as more info is sent.

To clarify are you referring to the notification email or the autoresponder email?

May we know your email provider?

I have checked the HTML source code of my sample email notification and replicated the issue with Gmail.

I have escalated this to our back-end team for further information.

They will contact you via this thread once updates are available.
