I've cleared the cache, deleted all files in my Google Drive, and removed integration numerous times. Still no integration. I was able to do this successfully many times over the last week but now it's not working.
I want to demonstrate my JotForm tomorrow to my director as a possible solution to troubles with our current application. Unfortunately, I can't get any form, even the simplest, to integrate with Google Spreadsheet. When I try to integrate, either an error message appears or it supposedly "integrates" but the data will not sync.
Please provide assistance or advice. Thanks!

I have cleared forms cache into your account.
Can you please try one more time ? otherwise, I'll escalate this inmediately to our developers

Thanks for your quick response and help.
Unfortunately, it's still not working. When trying to integrate using some of my computers/browsers, I get the error message. With other browswer/computer combinations I am able to integrate, but form submission data does not appear in the spreadsheet.

I would suggest to clear your browser's cache once again before re-integrating your form. Please try to,
1. Remove Google Spreadsheet Integration first,
2. Clear your browser's cache
3. Re-integrate your form again.
This might probably caused by the CDN changed recently but it should now be stable. Let us know if the problem still persist after that so we can forward it to your development team as per mentioned by our manager.
Thank you for your cooperation and apologies for the inconveniences caused.

Still no integration with Google Spreadsheets
I followed the steps you provided and I am still not able to integrate with Google Spreadsheets. Again, I was able to do this several time last week. Also, my form is integrating properly with Google Drive.
Is anybody able to integrate a new form with google spreadsheets?
Thanks for your help.

I have cloned your form and tried to integrate it to my google account and I was not able to replicate on the said problem.
I would suggest you to do what my colleague has suggestion again, and see if this works this time, as it worked on my end. Also, before reintegrating your form, can you please clear your browsers cache first?
Please let us know if this helps. Thank you.

Thanks for your response. Yes, I have cleared my browser's cache. Sometimes the integration takes place and sometime an error occures during integration. When the Google Spreadsheet says taht it is integrated, the data does not feed into the spreadsheet when a form is submitted.
Please Help. Try submitting the form and see if the data posts to the spreadsheet.
Thanks again for your quick responses!

Thank you for pointing this out. There seems to be a bug on the Google Spreadsheet integration, I have already forwarded this to our developers. They will look into this as soon as they can.
Thank you for your patience.

I have made another test submission on the clone that I have created and was now able to see the submissions on the spreadsheet. Are you still experiencing the same issue?

Still the same problem. I even created a new Jotform account and an new Google Account, but no luck. I've reset the cache also.

I've tried again, but still the integration with google spreadsheets is not working. Any followup from your development team?

Can you please post here the form URL in question and the google spreadsheet URL? We'd like to investigate the problem further. If this is the form: http://www.jotform.us/form/30416155931146 share to us the spreadsheet URL and set it's permission to public so we can access it here.
Looking forward to your reply. Thank you.
