HIGH PRIORITY: Forms are not submitting

    We are currently experiencing an issue with some JotForm submissions. Upon completing and submitting the form, some users are seeing a blank white page, and if they refresh the page, it tells them their form has incomplete values and clicking the link to return to the form provides a new blank form instead of one with the previously completed data.

    Some of the form submissions look like they actually came through to JotForm, even though the user never got a confirmation page. But, when I try to capture the information in a PDF, the system just spins and spins and doesn't create the PDF. Are you currently experiencing an outage? Please provide a status update or let us know where status information is available.

    The submission issue should now be resolved.  If there is any continued trouble submitting forms, let us know and we can take another look.
