HSV_Diagnostic 2 form not redirecting / completing

    After final question, customer stuck at "please wait" instead of being directed.


    please advise asap

    There was an issue earlier that prevented HIPAA compliant forms from being able to complete submissions.  That issue has been resolved and there should not be any issue with completing forms.  Let us know if you or you are users are still not able to submit forms and we can take another look.
