    Hi there -

I have a form for our baseball park's softball tournament, with limited spots by age group. We are allowing teams to register and pay via the jotform, but we also have our own teams that we want to allow submission, but at no cost. How can I add those manually and it not force me to enter a payment? Thanks!

You can do that with conditions by hiding the payment field so they won't be asked to enter a payment.

    1. To do that, add a short text entry in your form and hide it.

    Example:

    2. Create a condition that hides the payment field when the members field you just added is filled.

    Example:

    3. So when you share the URL for the members, populate a value on the members field to hide the payment field through a URL parameter.

    Example:

    https://form.jotform.com/91136827763969?members=1

    Hope this helps!
