E-mail not working

    The automated e-mail on one of our forms is not working.
    Please advise.
    worked previously.

    Hi Fred!

    I have cloned your form and was able to receive the notification email upon completing a test submission. I checked our email logs and can see that a submission notification was successfully sent out by our system:

    Can you please check your spam folder to make sure the notification emails are not there? Please let me know if you are still experiencing this issue.

    In the meantime, please add noreply@jotform.com to your Contact List to prevent these emails being marked as spam. 

    Also, I have noticed that your Autoresponder 1 is set up incorrectly. Please click on the green Pencil icon to edit, go to Recipients tab, and set Recipient Email field to E-mail (right now it is set to Best number to contact you at?) and click Save.
