Trying to make a form that will figure out my GKI

GKI is a reading of your Glucose divided by 18 and then divided by my Ketone level.

I tried setting this up that would ask me my Glucose and Ketone levels but I can't figure out how to get the equation to populate.

Please check the form again. I made the calculation this way:

You should click the characters to have a dark background which means you are calculating numeric values. Light brown background means you are copying a text.

    Awesome Thanks!

Is there a way to have it display a result based on the GKI reading?

<1 = Highest therapeutic level of Ketosis (DIFFICULT TO REACH)

1-3 = High therapeutic level of Ketosis (CANCER, ALZ)

3-6 = Moderate level of Ketosis (DIABETES, INSULIN RESISTANCE)

6-9 = Low Level (WEIGHT LOSS)

    >9 = NOT IN KETOSIS
