WorldPay: What information exactly is required for integration?

I have a question in payment method if i will active worldpay us you need what information exactly and is that free of charge and i see this field doesn't include billing address and post code for credit card information i see card number and name and security code and expiration year and month i have a merchant worldpay us in united states   

When you add "Worldpay US" payment tool in form, you need to input your merchant account "Secure Net ID" & "Secure Key" details in the payment integration wizard. Please check the screenshot below:

Please note that you do not have to pay anything separately to use WorldPay US payment tool. The only amount you pay is for your JotForm subscription as each subscription plan has submission limits. Billing address or post code is not part of the Worldpay US payment tool. You can add regular address field in form to capture user's billing address.
