Why client is not able to get back to his questionnaire?

    I have a client who completed 60% of his questionnaire (about two hours to complete the whole thing.  he says he cannot get back to it and has to start over, please help.

    I apologize for the inconvenience your client is experiencing.

    Can you supply us with the Form URL that the client is having the issue with?

    Can you go into more details regarding the client's issue not able to get back to the form? Maybe the steps the client was trying to get back to the form? So we can take a deeper look to see what the issue might have been.

    I see from another of your thread questions about setting up your forms to save the form and continue later or to Enable Auto Fill on the forms. Was one of these options add to the form?
