This used to work but now has an issue.  If I submit a form that has 2 (or more) files selected, Jotform properly ftp's the form PDF and the first (alphabetically) file to our ftp folder.  The 2nd or more files ARE shown in the pdf, but they are no longer FTP'd to our site.

    We receive these two files.

4320193860318520608.pdf (which when opened shows both files with links to them).

but only the first file is downloaded.

Also the links when opened on Mac OS 10.14 Mojave do not open the file. (Opening pdf in 10.13 preview OR in Adobe Reader the links work)

Our apologies. I can replicate this problem with FTP integration. It is only uploading the first file on the list. My second test is not even uploading the PDF copy of the submission.

I have now escalated this thread to our backend team for troubleshooting. If we have an update, we will inform you here.

In the meantime, you may consider Dropbox or Google Drive integration.

I'm sorry, but for the issue with links on the PDF, I'll address that one in the next thread below:

    Hello,

There was a problem with the FTP Integration but now all should work OK.

Please check it on your side as well and let us know if the problem persists.

    Regards.
