Does the actual form go to the recipient?

I completed my form and need to send it ASAP before a meeting begins. How do I know the completed form is sent to the email recipients?

The form will automatically send a notice to the owner of the form if the form has a notification set up by the owner. You can give us the form URL of the form so we can check if there's a notification set up to that form.
