Billing Concern: Premium Submission Reset

    Hi, 

    My Premium subscription renewed today for the next month (15 Feb - 14 Mar) and I have received notification from JotForm. However the submission count has not reset to 0 in my account details. Why is this?

    Hi,

    Upon upgrading your account, the submissions count will remain as it is before you have upgraded it and will continue counting the current submissions made until you reach the limit of your newly upgraded account or upon submissions count reset. Submissions count reset are made on every 1st day of the Month (ie. March 1), so expect your account to be back to 0 again on March 1st.
