Hello,
I have a plan to use many forms, and can I set up notifications to go to the email for only certain forms? Some are more important than others.

Yes, you can set in which forms you want to have email notifications and in which you don't. More about notification setup here: https://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-up-Email-Notifications

In forms where you don't want to send email notifications, you simply delete the Notification.
