Edits in form (added short text and numbers boxes) dont show up in preview or published, or form revision history

We've added some boxes to our form 'opleveringen Ice Energy' but the changes do not appear in preview or published forms. They are also not added to revision history. They are visible in form template style and css editor.

Whats going on?

We are aware of this issue and it should be fixed now. I have also cloned your form and tested the issue and it seems to work fine on my end. Can you please try again and let us know if the issue still persists?
