Submission button doesn't work

I'm using the french version of jotform. In this form https://form.jotformeu.com/83022874151351 the submission button doesn't work, it's really urgent. When we click on the button we don't see the thank you page and it's remain on "please wait". It's been a few days that it's stay like this.
