Error related to custom tab while posting Jotform to FB Business Page

Hi! I am loving so far what I am seeing with JotForm and think it is going to help our business out tremendously! 

I am trying to add a form to our business FB page... when I follow the steps, it says "This page does not have permission to install a custom tab"... can you tell me what I need to change on my FB page in order to allow this to be added?

This is caused by Facebook adding a rule of having 2000 followers/fans to create Custom tabs.

This rule came as part of the 90-Day Breaking Changes on the Version 2.11 Update of Facebook, which rolled out on November 7, 2017. And the rule became live on February 7, 2018.
