Your File Upload field of your form appears to be correctly mapped to your InfusionSoft File Box field. I think that it is not being passed due to this security setting:

Please try to uncheck it, and then test your form again. Let us know if you need more help.

    Hello kavindu.xi3,

We have checked the issue assigned by our support team.

As a result of our investigation, we figured out that it cannot be sent if there is a special character/space in the filename to be uploaded.

In addition, the size of each individual file you want to upload should not exceed 10MB. This will cause your integration to fail.

We have made necessary improvements for the related issue solution. It seems to be working right now.

** According to the description provided by InfusionSoft/Keap API, up to 10mb per file can be uploaded.

Please keep us informed of your progress.

    Thanks for your understanding.

    Regards.
