Cannot see my forms

Hi

I have just logged in for the first time in approx 3-4 weeks and it is saying I have no forms? 

However when I go to the link for one of the forms (eg https://form.jotform.com/unimelb/order-personalised-env-Jan2016), I can see the form is live.

I should have about 5 forms - please can you make them visible again?
