HELP. I created an order form and it's encrypted. How can I complete the orders if even I can't read them?

Please note that when you enable encryption in form, users will be able to input data in form normally and submit form. The submission data is encrypted and saved on our server.

You can decrypt and view the submission data you have received in form. When you go to form's submission page, you will be asked to upload the key file which is downloaded when you enable encryption in form.

You may like to take a look at the following guide which should help you:  https://www.jotform.com/help/344-Encrypted-Forms-and-How-to-Use-Them#How-Can-I-Decrypt-the-Data-from-the-Email-or-Through-the-Submissions-Page

    Hope this helps.
