Is there a way to re-order the blocks in mobile view only?

    I'd like to have the image and text grouped so that when the responsive form changes from 4 columns to 2, the text stays beneath the relevant image.

    Is there a way to re-order the blocks in mobile view only?

    Please try arranging the fields as shown in the image below.
