Not receiving forms from customers

    In the last week I have had several customers tell me they sent forms but we didnt receive them. This is from two different forms/companies. How can I troubleshoot this issue from my end - or - is this something that needs to be researched from your end?

    Had one person try again and this time went thru - no clue why sometimes it does and sometimes it does not..

    Hi Lynn,

    I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble receiving submissions from some clients. Firstly, have you checked your junk or spam folder? There are times that your email provider may look at some of these emails as spam.

    At this point, it may also be helpful that you contact your ISP or email provider regarding this issue so that they can also start investigating on their end.

    If possible, please observe any trend or similarities among your clients that exhibit this problem (i.e. same email service provider or ISP, same location, same time of day, etc). From there, we can further isolate the most probable cause of this issue.
