I want to put an application online but it also needs to have an 'agreement' paragraph and a signature of the applicant.
So far, all the other details of the application can be included easily.
I have not published this form yet.

Thank you for using JotForm. I would like to clarify if you want a digital signature (e-signature), or do you want the user to print the agreement, sign it, scan and upload it using your form? If it is a digital signature, how would you want it implemented in your form?
We'll wait for your feedback.

I would like the answer for this question. I want to make a form that will require a digital signature. How do I go about doing this?

We currently do not have a feature that inserts a digital signature per se, but you can use ask your users to fill in a textbox with their full name.
This is the workaround I've been suggesting to users asking this same question:
Basically, it's nothing fancy, just a text box. You can set this field as required so that no submission can be made without signing the form. For now, this is the only solution we have.
Hope this is of any value to you. Feel free to contact us again if you have other questions. Thanks!

UPDATE: We have just released e-signature capturing for forms.
You can now add an e-signature question to your form and get your users to sign the forms they complete.
