I've embedded my form in to my website www.treeoflifemedicinals.com, but it says the user needs adobe acrobat in order to submit it to me. Is this correct? Is there a way to submit without adobe? What is a client is using their phone without adobe? Thank you!

Could you please share where on your website the form is embedded?

If you placed PDF form on your website, then yes, the user would have to have the Acrobat reader.

But you can embed the form by using one of the embed methods: https://www.jotform.com/help/67-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use

Let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you!

The form is embedded on this page on the Complete Contract Here button.  I'll look and see if it's embedded as a pdf and will review the other ways to embed it.  Thank you!

The "Complete Contract Here" button is redirecting me to a PDF form https://docs.wixstatic.com/ugd/f8c88e_a3ea9be7a6564139bd9d6d21d8cc7ab1.pdf. If PDf is not installed on their browsers, they will need to install PDF as extension for them to view the file.

Other option is to right click on the "Complete Contract Here" button and click on "Save link as" then save it on desktop. The whole PDF will be saved on desktop.

I hope that helps. Let us know if you have any questions or if you need further assistance.
