Hi there,
I have a Lifestyle Questionnaire that I use JotForm for to gather information from my clients about their interior decorating projects. Lately clients have been submitting their forms, but I am not receiving them. Caroline M. had to complete the form 3 times before I received it and now Claire V. is having the same issue. Any idea what the problem is?

I tested the form by adding the email address to your form, but I wasn't able to replicate the issue, the email arrived immediately.
If you're not receiving emails, please check with your email provider and if the emails didn't end in Junk/Spam folder or if the email provider didn't block our sender email: noreply@jotform.com
