"Form Over Quota error" and Form got disabled.

    To whom it may concern,


    We recently renewed and upgraded our subscription so that the jotform in our website will be functional, however since the renewal on the 16th of April, the form on our website hasn't been working.

    When filling out the form an error message is received stating that "This form has been disabled". We also checked our account on jotform to make sure that our subscription hasn't exceeded the required limits.

    I currently don't understand why the form is still disabled. Please check as soon as possible and help us solve the problem with the form. This is currently causing great problems with anyone trying to contact us/apply.

    Please let us know as soon as possible what the status of our inquiry is and how we could solve this.
