I followed your instructions to add multiple e-mails for notification. I added extra e-mail and even included additional e-mail with coma but still no luck. Test just replies back to my main e-mail on account?

I have tested and the notifications are working properly.

Did you receive the notification?
There is a difference between a "Notification" and an "Autoresponder"
An autoresponder only sends notifications to the user who fills your form
A notification sends them to the owner or owners of the form as in the video shown above.

Thank you for the reply. I tried all the same steps as you outlined but no luck until I just recently deleted the form created another and followed same steps and now works.
