Forms Not Showing

    Hello, 


    I just logged into my account and do not see any of my forms anymore.  I did just have our tech support update our payment card, so I'm hoping nothing was accidentally deleted.  Can you please help me ASAP?  We have employees that want to apply today, thanks.

    Can you please confirm that you were referring to the JotForm account/username Cline_Fletcher

    I checked the account and it shows that it was newly created today and doesn't have any forms created yet. Created forms on the account should appear in the My Forms list.

    If this is the wrong username please tell us what is the account/username and we will take a look again.
