My form will only accept payment once from same user. For example, I have a buyer who wishes to purchase the same item 3 different times; however, after successfully purchasing the first item, he receives a message when trying to purchase again, saying he has already purchased this item. Buyers need the ability to purchase the same items repeatedly if necessary.

You will need to change the setting of the form property Unique Submission from Strict to Loose/No Check. Please refer to the link below on how to do this
