How do I create a limited monthly subscription product?

    How do I integrate with Jot Forms to enable a monthly subscription with a fixed number of months not infinite subscription. I am looking for a 6 payment plan with monthly payments.Thanks

    You can define the number of payments option via PayPal payment gateways. Please check the screenshots below.
