I received a message that my submissions are full , but in my account i have still 44 submissions left ? In the main time i have payed for premium. can you please check this matter . Thanks login jurgen052

Apologize for that! I have manually corrected this from our end, reducing your submissions count and re-activated your account.
I have this thread forwarded to our Leve 2 Support for further investigations. We'll let you know here if there are updates.

I have your submissions count corrected manually from our end as well. Your account should be fine by now.
As said, this thread is already forwarded to our Level 2 Support. If they come up with updates, you will know it here on this thread.
