    PDF results in unwanted spaces when copying and pasting

    When I download a PDF from JotForm, everything on the page looks fine. But when I try to copy and paste information from the PDF the resulting "paste" has extra spaces added to it. This happens on everything including text, URLs and email addresses.

    I understand that I am able to copy and paste items from the submissions page on the JotForm website, but the entire reason for downloading the PDF is to place it in my CRM where I can quickly access the information and copy and paste it into a document or email.

    Hi,

    What is your PDF Viewer? It works fine on my end using Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. Here's the video showing the output:

    Also works fine with Adober Reader XI.

    How about upgrading your version to the same version as mine? That would fixed it. Let us know your thoughts.

    @1oclock

    The problem happens very intermittent so I couldn't assure you a possible fix when this gets submitted to our technical team. However, a possible workaround that would help fixed the problem is to download your submissions PDF using Google Chrome's "Save as PDF" on Print Preview, of course you have to use Google Chrome Browser. Here's how.

    If you don't like to show/hide fields, skip step 1 and 2.

    On the print preview window, click Change button and select Save as PDF to save the submission on PDF format.
