I wanted to add a pop-up with terms and conditions and an accept or decline butons or an "i have read and agree to the terms of service" in my forms. Is therer a way of doing that?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Manuel,

You may consider checking this guide: Adding a License Agreement to a Form. Unfortunately, adding Javascript Codes to Popup a window is now not possible in Jotform Builder. It is possible before but we have it removed due to security reasons.
