How do you set up form to bypass the following required questions?

• Will you Attend the Meeting? *
  YesUnable to Attend
• Address *

  Street Address
  Street Address Line 2
  City	State / Province
  Postal / Zip Code

• E-Mail *

You may use conditions to require/unrequire a field.

You may  use the unrequire condition to remove the required status.
