We're getting a lot of error message on attachments from employees looking to get hired using the online form.

I have checked your form and submissions and they look good.
If the problem is related to some rare uploads, it is most probably caused by invalid files. The files can be corrupted during upload process due to user's internet connection, browser and other reasons.
Please make sure that your users do not leave the form page once they click on the Submit button. It is safe to leave the form page when it is showing the form Thank You Message, it means that the form is submitted and upload went through.
