    Impossible to edit a submission

    We're unable to edit submissions. The following message is displayed when we click on the edit button.

    v8_build_source.js:49: ReferenceError: V8Config is not defined load ( V8Config.CACHEPATH + form_id + '.js' ); ^

    Could you help us solve the problem?

    Hi,

    We apologize for this. It is caused by form cache issue.

    I cleared the cache of your forms and was now able to view the form -- the forms submissions should now be OK also. Please check again your My Forms Submissions page, and check if you can now edit/view submissions for this form 

     

     

    Please inform us the issue persist.
