i have 3 conditions running on my form, and they are not working consistently. they're not properly hiding the fields they're supposed to be hiding.
how common of an issue is this?

It is caused by a conflicting condition. Please review and see if they have been properly set. Thanks!

The conditions were working fine last week, and I haven't changed them since. So, I'm pretty sure they were properly set. Thanks.

Hi, the conditions are not consistently working because of conflicting conditions. I understand that I have just repeated what my colleague mentioned, but I would like to emphasize that it is inconsistent(sometimes it work, sometimes not) because of issue on how the conditions were setup.
If you use SHOW as the the default rule, it will automatically do the HIDE action on initial load of the form.
Please try using SHOW instead on the actions. Try it one at a time so that you can test if the condition is working as intended.
Best if you can clone your form(guide: Form-Cloning) so that you have a test form that you can practice the conditions.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further assistance.
