our form has been used by a client, they've entered something, received the confirmation email, but the entries/submissions are not on the form?
The way the form works, is that they request a unique entry link & then are taken to the actual form (I've included the link to the actual form below.

What particular submissions by the way? Can you give us at least one, i.e name of the submitter or email address.
