Problems on redirection to

I live in Dubai and when I go to my saved bookmark on I can log in but when I try to edit a form it redirects to, I assume based on my IP address.  However the login (or sign up) buttons do not perform any function.

The only way I can edit my forms is by connecting my US VPN service so that my machine picks up a US IP address so that the redirect does not happen.  I can then do everything as normal.

How can we prevent this redirection and ensure that the website functionality works.

    My username is andyroney

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Can you please try logging in using the domain and go again to your Forms page and click back the edit button.

Still not working. The redirect when I am logged in should keep me
logged in but it does not.
Also, if I go to and click LOGIN at the top of the page it
    does nothing.
I just tried using Firefox and I can log in fine. When I use my default
browser, Chrome 24, it does not work. Clicking the LOGIN link does not
    have any pop ups.
It seems to be a browser incompatibility between Chrome 24 and the site. This problem does not exist with Chrome 24 and

Hi Andy, our servers have Cloud-based IP detection which automatically redirects you to the nearest server depending on your location. I'm not quite sure that it is an issue on our end because of the way it is configured to do this.

It sounds more like an issue with your browser. I was able to test it based on the Browser and OS our system is detecting but I was unable to replicate the issue.

Could you please confirm this by telling us which Browser and OS you are using that this problem is happening on so that we can do further testing.

As I mentioned in my previous email: Browser is Chrome Version
24.0.1312.57 also my OS is Mac OSX 10.8.2. The problem of no pop up for
login (or Sign In) only occurs on my usual browser of Chrome with the
.me domain. It does not occur on the .com domain. or on the .me domain
    using Firefox.
ALSO, this issue was not there two weeks ago. No Browser upgrades on my
    end since then.
I would rather not change my browser to Firefox just to use Jotform.
Is there a way to force it to use This would be the
    simplest solution.

I do have a work around. If I click on My Account then a login box pops
up and logs me in. But the LOGIN and SIGN UP buttons in the top right
    do nothing in Chrome for
I cleared my browser cache and cookies but made no difference. The pop
ups work on but not on
Also, why when I log in through is my session not
automatically carried over when you redirect me to There
should be an option for NON-redirection like in Google

    Hi Andy,

I think yes, the sessions is not automatically carried to another domain so please try this link:

    Many thanks.
The problem seems to have cleared today. I think the issue was that the
full page was not loading in Chrome and the popup for Login seems to be
