Hello,
We are working on implementing a process using an Airtable Jotform integration, and have been able to get it to exactly what we need.
However, we need to send out different forms with prefilled information unique to each recipient on a case-by-case basis, while maintaining the integration with Airtable to collect the data into one Airtable database. Is there a way to do this, to avoid having to create a clone and then redo the integrations with each clone to be sent out to each recipient?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to do that, when you create a clone of a form it will not retain the integrations.
However, for your purpose, I think this feature would not work either, as you described your purpose you only need one form where you will pre-fill the information, this can be done with the following app: https://apps.jotform.com/app/field_prepopulator
You can pre-fill a form and generate a custom link which can be shared. This will use one single form so all the data collected will also be sent to the integrated apps.
I hope this helps.

Excellent,
the Prepopulator function does precisely what we were looking for. The only minor issue has been with the confirmation emails. When using the prepopulator, it removes headings from each response that is sent out in the confirmation email. This is what we want to happen, and what happens without Prepopulator:
This is what the confirmation emails look like with Prepopulator:
Is there any way we can remedy this? Thank you for any assistance in advance, and for your excellent assistance in recommending this solution.
