After file upload, we receive this error below when trying to retrieve the uploaded PDF file.

I was not able to reproduce the issue with uploads from my side. I think that the issue is related to email notifications only, please try to download your uploads from a form Submissions page.
Is that problem with 'wrong' upload links in emails is still happening from your side? Please submit the form once again to check this. What email client do you use?

Can I forward you a copy of the email notification for further investigation?
What happens is that when the link is clicked here:

It is only occurring on email notification where I can't download it directly from within my email client.

Thank you very much for provided information. We do not need the email copy, since we are able to reproduce the problem in some cases. The bug report ticket has been created and escalated to our Development Team.

Let me please inform you that the problem has been already fixed by our Developers. They system is sending correct email upload links now.
