Why are several fields empty when the submitted form email is sent when all were completed?

I completed a form and embedded it on my client's website.  I filled it out completely and submitted the test.  The client received the email notice and half of the fields were empty.

    Hi,

One possible reason is that your form notification failed to update the new field tags added to your form. To fix that, simply recreate your form notification. Delete your existing notification and create a new one.

    Thank you.
