    Good Morning,

I have had several users complain that they are unable to enlarge the photos on the form. I had no problem enlarging them on my computer and my boss had no trouble enlarging them on his phone.  What can I do to ensure that everyone can enlarge the images by clicking on them?

I have been testing the forms in your account and I can see the images are enlarging properly when you click on them, here is an example:

In order to properly test this we will need to get more details about how to replicate the issue, with more information, we will be able to test on a similar environment and may replicate the issue.

Please kindly provide us the following information:

    - The device they are using to load the forms.

    - If the form is embedded on a web page, if so, please share us the link so we can test.

    - The browser they are using to load the form.

    - If possible, a screenshot of the console, this will help us to find if there is anything on the code causing the issue, this guide will help you getting the console report: https://www.jotform.com/help/453-How-to-get-a-console-report-from-most-common-browsers

This guide will help you uploading the images to this forum thread: How to Post Screenshots to Our Support Forum

Note that attached images via email replies will not reach this thread.

I think it has to do with the browser they are using to open the form. The images enlarge when using Google Chrome but do not enlarge when using Internet Explorer.

    Thanks for the details.

There is an issue indeed on Internet Explorer as per my test, I will report this issue to our second level so our developers can have a look on this.

In the meantime, I would recommend you to use Chrome or Firefox.

We will keep you updated via this thread.

This functionality is working now. Would you please check and inform us if you have any other issues?

    Best regards.
