    quick question on the auto responder feature.

    I can easiliy get the aito responder feature to work when someone fills out a form (hits submit). My issue is the auto responder will have links in the email for the user to download products they've just purchased...I can't just send out these links to anyone who hits submit without first having their payment go through.

    Is there anyway with Jotforms auto responder where I can only trigger the auto resopnder once someones payment (via paypal pro) is approved as opossed to just hitting submit on the form?

    Thanks for the help!

    Hi,

    Unfortunately that's how autoresponder works. A workaround I could think of is using Notification as an autoresponder. Just delete your form's autoresponder and create a Notification instead. After that, enter the email field tag on the notification's recipient along with your email address separated by comma.

    Example:

    myemail@jotform.com, {email3}

    {email3} is your email field tag. You can get that when you right click your email field, select Show Properties and copy the email tag on the property window. Here's a screen.

    After that, enter that to your form notification's recipient email. Here's a guide:

    1. Click on "Setup and Embed" tab on the form builder toolbar.

    2. Click on "Email Alerts" and select "Notification":

    3. Click on "Reply-To and Recipient Settings" button (third from the right along the bottom)

    4. An envelope will appear. You can view and change the email address in the field highlighted below: Example. myemail@jotform.com, {email3}

    5. Click "Finish" and Save your form.

    Hope this helps. Thanks!
