Hello,
I keep getting a message that states ORDER ID IS MISSING. Where do I insert this code or field?

I have tested a cloned version of your form and replicated the issue.
This error occurs when you don't click on the PayPal Checkout button.
Kindly try to Checkout first then submit your form and let us know if the issue still remains.

I have tested my cloned form and the Checkout Integration works correctly at my end.
