    Notification Issue: Hidden Boxes default values

    Please see formID=30453764317959..I added a default value of "warehouse" to the hidden box titled "position". Why aren't new submissions carrying over the hidden value when I check my submissions? It has an empty space for the Position field.

    Hi there, 

    You would need to add the tag that contains that valu on to your e-mail notification:

    Click on the "E-mail Alerts" button at the top of the page and choose the notificaiton.  Once in the edit area of the notification, simply click on the "Position" field (as shown on the image) and that should add the tag to your msg.

    Please give that a try and let us know if the issue continues.

    I'm more concerned with it showing up in the submissions section within the website than I am in the email..see attached to see what i mean. Thanks

    Eduardo,

    I just tested it and it's not working. You can see your submission worked, when I tested mine from our website at: https://consumerscareers.com/warehouse-application.htm it did not carry over.

    Hi there, 

    I notice there was a cache issue on the secure version of the form (which is embedded on your page)

    I have cleared the cache on that form as well and it should be working,

    Please give it a try and let us know if the issue continues!

    Ok, it worked! I have many application forms where I am adding this, can you please clear the cache on all of these for me as well? Is there a way for me to clear that cache so I dont always have to ask a support question if/when this happens again? Thank you

    Unfortunately, at this time we only have this option for support users (soon there will be a way for all users to do this).

    Please, simply let us know the name of the forms that you would like us to clear and we'll be glad to do it for you!

    Okay, under My Forms I have a folder titled "Applications", if you can do it for all of those that would be greatly appreciated. These are all secure forms as well. Please advise once complete, Thanks!
