Reports to Cloud App: Not creating excel file in dropbox

    Thank you for the response Mike.

    I'm intrigued of the "Reports to Cloud App" because, from my understanding, the Excel report would save to DropBox every time there's a submission.

    So I tested it out, and I'm not seeing anything in my Dropbox. On the Reports 2 cloud site, I'm logged in to Dropbox, I selected a location to save, and I selected a report.

    Can you please explain how this app works? Maybe there's something I'm missing.

    Basically the .xlsx file is supposed to be created (updated) in selected Dropbox folder each time your form is submitted.

    Do you see the success message once you click on the Confirm button to complete the integration in the app?

    The app seems to be working properly on my end, the report file is created in selected Dropbox folder.

    Yes i do see the "SUCCESS" text and We'll send a report to your Dropbox for every new form submission after integrating with Dropbox. I went back to JotForm, filled out a form once again, and I do receive an email notification from JotForm as usual, but the Excel file isn't there. I specified on the Cloud App to go to "Documents" folder and it should be there but it's not.

    Is there a delay and I need to wait or should it be automatic? Is there anything else I'm missing? I really want this to work, but if it's not then it's useless.

    Could you please also try it with a different folder in Dropbox? If this does not help, provide us with your form link so we will be able to escalate a bug report to our developers.

    Tried in a different folder but it's not working. Here's the form I'm trying to test:

    I created an Excel report in JotForm called "Cloud2Report Test". Want this file to go to a specified Dropbox location. Hopefully the developers will find something wrong with it and provide a solution. I don't want to fix for just this form, but for any. Thank you.

    Yes, the .xslx file is supposed to be created (updated) in Dropbox when you receive a form submission. Today I tried to test the app using a different JotForm account and this time I was able to reproduce the issue. I have sent a follow up message to our developers. We will get back to you once we have any updates, but there is no ETA for when the issue will be addressed.
